The Authority Board has decided to draw Residential Scheme. Authority will be informing the applicants for the scheme through a public notice and individually. Since the applications for this scheme were received by various banks, a large number of applicants had not mentioned their IT pan numbers and complete addresses.

More plots have been completed now after some adjustments. Half of the plots are reserved for the applicants from ST, SC category while the other is for the general category of applicants. Authority is reported to have said that the draw this time would be conducted in absolutely fair and transparent manner under the supervision of the committee members and in presence of members from the public and the media.

The department heads of Authority are examining the applications and will issue the needed certificates.
